1. The product
Gravity Forms PGP Encryption is a WordPress plugin distributed under the GNU General Public License. A license gives access to the plugin download, automatic updates and support for the sites covered by your plan.
2. Plans and prices
Plans are sold as yearly subscriptions in US dollars: Single Site (1 site, $199), Business (Up to 5 sites, $299) and Developer (Unlimited sites, $399). Local and staging installations do not count toward the site limit. Prices may change; a change applies from your next renewal and is announced to you beforehand.
3. Payment and renewal
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically every year on its anniversary date, at the price of your plan at that time. You can stop the renewal at any time from your account; your license then remains valid until the end of the year already paid.
4. Delivery
Your license key and download link are shown right after payment and sent by email. They remain available in your account for as long as your license is active.
5. Refunds
No refunds are given, as a free version of the plugin lets you try the approach before buying. Stopping the renewal before its date ensures you are not charged for the next year.
6. Expired licenses
If your license is not renewed, the plugin keeps working on your sites, but updates and support stop. You can renew with the same key at any time.
7. Support
Support covers installing and using the plugin with a standard WordPress setup, and is provided by email at [email protected] to the license holder while the license is active. It does not cover WordPress, Gravity Forms or third-party plugins and themes, nor the management of your PGP keys.
8. License use
The license key is personal to its holder and may be used on their own sites or their clients' sites, within the limits of the plan. It may not be resold, shared publicly or offered as part of a hosting service. A license can be transferred on request.
9. Warranty and liability
The plugin is provided "as is". We test it with current versions of WordPress, PHP and Gravity Forms, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin or server configuration. Security also depends on your hosting, HTTPS configuration and key management. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current license year.
